Brilliant Raises $40M to Fuel Growth

Today, we are thrilled to announce that Brilliant has closed its latest fundraising round, led by Next47 and Celesta Capital, with participation by Resideo Technologies, August Capital, Peak State Ventures, Gaingels, and Miramar Ventures. This investment will be used to expand our product offerings and help more single-family home builders, multifamily developers, property managers, and professional integrators provide a better smart home experience to their customers.

Brilliant is the first mass-market smart home control, lighting, and home automation system that can affordably be installed in every home and apartment. By simply replacing a light switch with a Brilliant touchscreen panel, now everyone at home can easily control popular smart devices and experiences: lighting, cameras, locks, thermostats, music, garages, shades, intercom, scenes, and more. Brilliant works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, Nest, Ring, Sonos, Honeywell, Kwikset, Schlage, Genie, Somfy, and more.
