Recruiting Sourcer & Coordinator

Reports to: CEO, Aaron Emigh
Background: We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Sourcer and Coordinator to join our growing team of 55 in our San Mateo office. This person will be reporting to the Co-founder and CEO of Brilliant Home Technologies.
As a Recruiting Sourcer and Coordinator you'll work closely with hiring managers on the engineering, product and sales teams to expand our team. You will be responsible for finding and reaching out to potential candidates, overseeing our job postings on relevant recruiting platforms and filtering candidates based by comparing resumés to our requirements. You will also be responsible for scheduling interviews, tracking candidate progress and ensuring the hiring process proceeds smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to get started in the recruiting field!
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and outreach to potential candidates
- Managing job posts on platforms such as Linkedin, Handshake & Angel.co
- Filtering candidates and matching candidates to roles
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Ensuring that candidates have a smooth and professional experience
- Assist onboarding new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask
- Able work full time in San Mateo, CA (post-COVID)
- Familiar with GSuite Products
- Flexible schedule
